and efficiently removing air bubbles during the repair process. Thanks to the 9.7-inch working surface,
it is suitable for all flat screen series, including iPad, providing precise and uniform lamination.
The equipment is equipped with a large cylinder and four balancing guides, which contribute to the safe lifting of the laminating plate
and reduce the risk of damage or screen breakage during use. The chamber closing system is designed for high safety,
using thick aluminum plates and a T-lock system, for stable and reliable operation. The pressure for lamination and bubble removal
can be adjusted as needed, allowing the device to be adapted to different types of work. Additionally, the internal air treatment system
helps isolate moisture, better protecting sensitive components, including the display backlight. The device also includes an integrated heating system at the top,
which acts directly on the heating plate to soften the OCA adhesive and improve the final lamination result.
The interior design allows clear visualization of the paths and pneumatic circuits, facilitating service and maintenance interventions.
