The UGREEN CM455 video extender is a practical and easy-to-use solution for extending the HDMI signal over longer distances through a network cable,
suitable for classrooms, conference rooms, digital signage systems, or home audio-video setups.
It allows the transmission of a clear and stable Full HD signal up to 50 meters via CAT5e or CAT6 cable.
The device supports Full HD 1080p resolution at 60 Hz, as well as audio transmission and 3D content, providing a good playback experience for most non-4K applications.
It is compatible with HDMI 1.3 and HDCP 1.4 standards, and support for PCM stereo, DTS, and Dolby Digital contributes to a complete and efficient audio-video transmission.
The system includes a transmitter and receiver unit, both powered by micro-USB at 5V, and the Plug & Play operation makes installation quick and simple,
without drivers or additional configurations. Automatic EDID transfer helps to better compatibility between connected devices.
The compact and durable construction provides reliability in use, and the connection is simple: the HDMI source is linked to the transmitter,
the network cable connects the two units, and the receiver transmits the signal to the final screen via HDMI.
